Staff:

We are very proud of our staff at Studio 275. We have full time, part time, seasonal and contract employees. Each bullet below represents a single person unless otherwise indicated. Here is the breakdown:

Full time (year round):

Artistic Director (directs half of shows in every season),

Executive Director,

Administrative Assistant,

Director or Marketing and Fundraising,

Publicist and Box Office Manager, and

Production Manager.

Part time (year round):

Box Office Representatives (2), and

Front of House Representatives (3).

Seasonal / full time:

Administrative Intern,

Construction Crew (3), and

Wardrobe Crew (2).

Seasonal – part time:

Contract Employees:

Directors (3) – to direct shows that Artistic Director does not,

Set Designers (2) – each designs 3 shows,

Lighting Designers (2) – each designs 3 shows,

Costume Designers (2) – each designs 3 shows,

Stage Managers (2) – each works on 3 shows,

Assistant Stage Managers (2) – each works on 3 shows, and

Actors – there are 42 contracts are issued for this season; some actors are in more than one show but sign a unique contract for each play they are in.

Volunteers:

Studio has an active volunteer program. We call on our volunteers to:

assist with Front of House responsibilities,

help to plan and make our fundraising special events a reality,

contribute time to our marketing and publicity endeavours,

sit on committees struck by our Board of Directors, and

sit on our Board of Directors.

As a not for profit organization we are governed by a Board of Directors. Our Board has 9 members, who stand for re-election every year at the Annual General Meeting. Board members are welcome to sit for 2 consecutive 3-year terms before they are expected to step down.
